Who operates Vistafolk
Vistafolk is a product operated by Amafi (HK) Limited (“we,” “us”). These terms cover your use of the vistafolk.com marketing site and founding-creator waitlist.
Community-rewarded, not community-owned
Nothing on this site is an offer of equity, securities, or ownership in Vistafolk or Amafi (HK) Limited. “Community-rewarded” means a transparent, contractual share of the platform’s distributable surplus — not shares, votes, or guaranteed payments.
Rewards are provisional
Any reward figures, splits, or allocations described here are provisional and illustrative. Before real payouts, rewards are calculated in a shadow ledger and do not create a withdrawable balance. Reward formulas may change, with advance notice.
The waitlist
Joining the founding-creator waitlist is a request, not a guarantee of access. We select the founding community manually and may contact you to learn more. Selecting an interest in creator collaborations, brand partnerships, commercial briefs, or rewards does not appoint Vistafolk as your agent and does not guarantee a match, sponsor, campaign, commission, reach, rate, payment, or income.
